Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Prepare camera for first use.

  1. Insert battery: Open battery compartment, insert NP-45A battery with correct polarity.
  2. Insert memory card: Open card slot cover, insert SD card with label facing correct direction.
  3. Charge battery: Connect AC power adapter to camera and wall outlet.
  4. Attach wrist strap: Thread through eyelet for secure handling.

WARNING! Do not force battery or memory card; ensure correct orientation. Keep away from water and extreme temperatures.

First-Time Setup

Power on camera; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Set date and time: Use navigation buttons to set current date and time.

Tip: Ensure camera is powered off before connecting or disconnecting cables.

Shooting Modes

Playback Features
