Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Handle with care.

  1. Insert battery: Open battery compartment, insert NP-45A lithium-ion battery with correct polarity.
  2. Insert memory card: Open memory card slot, insert SD/SDHC card.
  3. Charge battery: Connect AC power adapter to camera and wall outlet.
  4. Attach wrist strap: Thread through eyelet for secure handling.

WARNING! Do not force battery or memory card; ensure correct orientation. Keep away from water and extreme temperatures.

First-Time Setup
