Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Remove all packaging materials and tapes.

  1. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet and network connection.
  2. Install toner cartridges: Remove packaging, insert cyan, magenta, yellow, and black cartridges.
  3. Load paper: Adjust paper guides, load up to 250 sheets of plain paper.
  4. Connect power cable and network cable (if using wired connection).
  5. Power on the device and follow initial setup wizard.

WARNING! Do not touch the green drum surface of toner cartridges. Keep device away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Configuration

Power on device; follow on-screen prompts on LCD display.
