Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Mount in control panel.

  1. Panel cutout: Prepare 92×92mm cutout in panel.
  2. Mounting: Insert controller from front, secure with mounting brackets.
  3. Wiring: Connect power supply, sensor input, control output, and alarms.
  4. Grounding: Ensure proper grounding for electrical safety.

WARNING! Disconnect power before wiring. Use proper wire gauges and follow local electrical codes.

First-Time Setup

Apply power; configure basic parameters.

  1. Input type setting: Press MODE to access input configuration, select sensor type.
  2. Setpoint adjustment: Use UP/DOWN keys to set desired temperature.
  3. Control parameters: Use auto-tuning or manually set PID values.
  4. Alarm settings: Configure alarm types and setpoints as needed.

CAUTION! Ensure proper sensor connection before power on. Verify wiring before operation.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Front panel keys: SET (parameter setting), UP/DOWN (value adjustment), MODE (mode selection), ALM RESET (alarm reset).

Display: Upper display shows process value (PV), lower display shows setpoint (SV).

Basic settings: Input type, setpoint, control action (heating/cooling), PID parameters. Advanced settings: Alarm types (high, low, deviation), communication address, baud rate, display filter, output limits.

Connecting Devices

Terminal connections: Power supply, sensor input, control output, alarm outputs, communication.

  1. Power supply: Connect L (live) and N (neutral) to appropriate terminals.
  2. Sensor input: Connect thermocouple or RTD wires to input terminals.
  3. Control output: Connect to relay or SSR output terminals.
  4. Communication: Connect RS-485 wires to communication terminals.

Tip: Use shielded cables for sensor inputs and keep away from power lines to prevent noise.

Operation Modes

Supports manual and automatic control modes.

  1. Manual mode: Output level manually adjustable (0-100%).
  2. Automatic mode: PID control maintains setpoint automatically.
  3. Setting mode: Press SET key to enter parameter setting mode.
  4. Normal operation: Upper display shows measured value, lower shows setpoint.
  5. Alarm indication: ALM indicator lights when alarm condition detected.
  6. Output indication: OUT indicator shows control output status.

WARNING! Do not touch live terminals during operation. Allow controller to stabilize after parameter changes.

Advanced Functions

Auto-tuning: Automatically calculates optimal PID parameters. Communication: RS-485 Modbus RTU for remote monitoring/control. Alarm functions: High/low limit, deviation, band alarms.

Maintenance & Care

Disconnect power before maintenance. Clean with dry cloth only; no solvents or abrasives.

CAUTION! Do not use water or chemicals for cleaning. Check terminal tightness periodically.

Regulatory Information
